Membership in our services includes access to the interface and gives you the right to modify your information.
Membership does not include hosting, which is not necessary for the creation or posting of elements on your space.
By registering on our site or using our forms, you will be automatically added to our newsletter and you authorize us to have the information entered for communication purposes on all media, without time constraints, from the moment they are used. Liability, ownership, confidentiality

The information collected on the forms is recorded in a computerized file by the company Markeasy Communication (Administrator/Creator/Host of Gastronomie.lu) for the management of the operation of the Gastronomie.lu website (Booking, Contacts, . ..).

No compensation whatsoever may be requested in the event of a temporary interruption of the service. In the event of breach of contract by one or more parties, none of the data may be returned to you. The entirety of Gastronomie.lu remains the sole property of the publisher of the Gastronomie.lu site. However, you will be able to recover your domain name free of charge if it is not in quarantine, in which case additional costs will be charged for removing your domain name from quarantine (+25€ excluding VAT).
The information presented on Gastronomie.lu cannot under any circumstances be transferred to a server external to those of the company.
